Get to know Edgar Bacai
I have been working for Independence Blue Cross since 2012 and in my role as a sales agent, I have been dedicated to Medicare beneficiaries in southeastern Pennsylvania. I'm extremely passionate about helping people navigate through their health insurance options, and I enjoy meeting with beneficiaries to answer Medicare questions.
Prior to the insurance industry, I spent several years working with financial leaders in the Philadelphia area. In that time, I made more than 50 presentations nationwide to financial advisors and agents to help them grow their clients' portfolios. With my passion for health insurance and my strong background in the financial industry, I can help you find the health care coverage that may be best for your budget and needs.

Hospital Indemnity Plan, Keystone Health Plan East and QCC Insurance
Company, and with Highmark Blue Shield — independent licensees of the
Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association.
Independence Blue Cross offers Medicare Advantage plans with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in Independence Medicare Advantage plans depends on contract renewal.
You must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium.

Medicare beneficiaries may also enroll in Keystone 65 HMO, Personal Choice 65 PPO, or Select Option PDP through the CMS Medicare Online Enrollment Center located at www.medicare.gov.
